About the Founder
Greg Waechter is a seasoned HR leader who’s spent the last 15+ years helping high-growth companies scale fast without losing their soul. Before founding Super Simple HR, Greg built and led people functions at breakout startups like F45, Headspace, Elemy, and Uptake, guiding them through massive headcount growth, cultural overhauls, and multiple exits - including three IPOs.
He’s seen it all: onboarding nightmares, comp confusion, bad managers, messy exits, and the occasional founder who thinks HR is just paperwork. Through it all, he’s built a reputation for designing practical, people-first systems that actually work - no fluff, no filler.
Greg started Super Simple HR to bring that same high-impact, battle-tested approach to startups and founder-led businesses that need strategic HR, but don’t want a bloated HR department. Today, he blends deep experience with cutting-edge AI to help clients solve real problems faster and smarter.
